There are various academic and artistic scholarships available to students applying to Villa Victoria Academy’s grade 9. It is the policy of Villa Victoria Academy that no full scholarships are awarded.

 

Scholarships are available and awarded to students entering the ninth grade at Villa Victoria, according to the following criteria:

          

Mother Ninetta Ionata Academic Scholarships 

·          $1,000 renewable annually for 4 years.

·          Selection will be based on academic achievement, SSAT scores, teacher recommendations, interview, and leadership qualities.

 

Partners in Catholic Education Scholarships

·          $1,000 renewable annually for 4 years.

·          One student from each Catholic elementary school is eligible for Partners in Catholic Education Scholarships.

·          Recipients must be nominated by their elementary school principals.

·          Recipients must demonstrate leadership qualities, academic achievement and good school citizenship.

 

The Archbishop Thomas Joseph Walsh Scholarship

·          $1,000 renewable annually for 4 years.

·          Recipients of the Archbishop Thomas Walsh Scholarship must be nominated by their pastors.

·          Recipients must be active parishioners, demonstrate leadership qualities and academic achievement.

·          Partners in Catholic Education Scholarship nominees are not eligible for this scholarship.

 

Dr. Paul Francis Zito Scholarship

·          $1,000 renewable annually for 4 years.

·          Selection will be based on service to school and community, teacher recommendations, and interview.

 

Sr. Elizabeth Parente Scholarships for Outstanding Young Musicians

·          $1,000 renewable annually for 4 years.

·          Auditions are required to be considered for music scholarships. Criteria is linked below.
