Open House 

The Open House at Villa Victoria Academy is an informal way for families to see if VVA is the right place for them.  Parents and their daughters will have the opportunity to tour the facilities, meet the faculty, explore the curriculum for the Lower and Upper Schools as well as find out about the admissions process.  This is a great first step in your journey to Villa Victoria!

Entrance Exam (SSAT)

The SSAT is the standardized test that the Upper School at Villa Victoria Academy (Grades 9-12),  as well as other private schools in this area, uses for admission screening.  This test is administered nationally at various sites, however, Villa Victoria Academy hosts two testing dates at the school for the convenience students applying to VVA. The testing dates for 2011 have passed.

 

 

The SSAT is only required for entrance into grades 9-12 at Villa Victoria Academy.

Pre-registration and an exam fee are required for admittance to the examination.  Parents can register online at www.ssat.org/flex - our site number is 7954. Please be sure to indicate Villa Victoria Academy (#7954)  as a test score recipient and testing center where applicable.

 

While this is not the only criteria on which applicants are evaluated, students are strongly encouraged to prepare for the test with appropriate rest and nutrition the night/day before the exam.  Students should be prepared for a three hour exam.

 

Early Decision

Early Decision applicants are students with strong academic reports in their seventh grade year who wish to be notified of their acceptance to Villa Victoria Academy before Thanksgiving.  Should the applicant be accepted to Villa Victoria Academy, an enrollment deposit would be due before Christmas in order to save the student's place in the class of 2016.

 

The deadline for Early Decision Applications is November 10. Students interested in applying for early decision consideration MUST take the SSAT prior to the Early Decision deadline.  Please be sure to indicate Villa Victoria Academy (#7954)  as a test score recipient .

 

Application Deadline

Students applying to Villa Victoria Academy's ninth grade must submit a completed application form with $50 application fee, teacher recommendations and transcripts no later than December 15, 2011 .

 

Students applying to all other grades are considered on a rolling basis as class space permits. Please call 609-882-1700, ext. 19 to begin the application process at Villa Victoria Academy.
