All students applying to Villa Victoria Academy are encouraged to visit. Spending some time visiting our school is the perfect opportunity for students to become acquainted with our community. All prospective Lower School students who have completed the application process are encouraged to visit with their present grade. All prospective Upper School students are invited to schedule a visit at any time during the application process.

Lower School
To apply to Villa Victoria Academy’s Lower School, a family must submit a completed application and $50 application fee to the Admission Office. Testing and Recommendations are needed as followed according to grade.

Pre K: A screening test & recommendation will be required of applicants to our 4 year old program.

Kindergarten: a screening test will be scheduled at a time convenient for the family. Admission to Kindergarten through grade six requires one recommendation from the prospective student's teacher, principal or counselor. This recommendation is to be mailed directly to Villa Victoria Academy. Also, the applicant and family will meet for an interview with the Director of Admission. For students entering Grade One, a transcript from the student’s previous school should be sent to the Admission Office.

Grades One-Five: For students entering grades two through five, individual testing must be arranged through the Admission Office. A recommendation from the prospective student's teacher, principal or counselor is also to be completed and mailed directly to Villa Victoria Academy. Transcripts from schools attended prior to applying to Villa Victoria Academy must also be submitted to the Academy. Students and their parents or guardians will also meet with the Director of Admission for an interview.

Grade Six: Students applying to Villa Victoria’s Sixth Grade must take the SSAT. The test is offered on various dates at VVA as well as testing centers nationwide. Please contact the admission office for more information. A recommendation from the prospective student's teacher, principal or counselor is also to be completed and mailed directly to Villa Victoria Academy. Transcripts from schools attended prior to applying to Villa Victoria Academy must also be submitted to the Academy. Students and their parents or guardians will also meet with the Director of Admission for an interview.

Upper School
Students wishing to apply to Grades 7 – 12 must complete the formal application for admission to the Academy along with their $50 application fee.

Admission to grade seven through twelve requires two recommendations, one from the prospective student's current English teacher and Math teacher. These recommendations are to be mailed directly to Villa Victoria Academy.

An official transcript from the prospective student's present school is required for all students entering grades one through twelve at Villa Victoria Academy. This transcript must include copies of grade reports and standardized test scores. It is to be mailed directly to Villa Victoria Academy.

All students seeking admission in grades six through twelve are required to take the Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT). Several test dates are scheduled at Villa Victoria throughout the year, please call the Admission Office for dates and times. Students may also take the SSAT at one of the other local testing sites. Students will also be scheduled for a formal interview with the Director of Admission.
